BellaVista literally means "Beautiful View". Our apartment is situated on the hillside in Calahonda overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and receives 320 days sunshine per year!This lovely air-conditioned apartment at BellaVista Hills in Calahonda has been beautifully furnished.
This is a secure gated complex with underground parking and large communal pool and children’s pool . There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, there is also a shower room, WC and basin. It has a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility/drying room, large lounge/diner with seating for 4, TV with BBC 1,2,3 and 4, ITV 1,2 and 3 plus channels 4 and 5, DVD, Video and a Hifi Unit books and board games.Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead onto the terrace, which is 31m2 and has a dining table, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers and stunning views of the Mediterranean. There is a lift from the garage to all floors. There is a communal large pool & separate children's swimming pool on the complex with toilets and showers.We have furnished our apartment the way we like to live ourselves.

If you decide to book our Spanish home we are sure you will have a fantastic time as apart from everything else the Costa Del Sol receives 320 days of sunshine per year! Larger parties can be catered for as we have close links with other owners in the same complex and we can arrange simultaneous bookings.In walking distance there is a mini market, bars and restaurants. Further down the hill there is a medical centre, bank, bars & restaurants. La Cala and the beautiful Marina of Cabopino also with their bars and restaurants as well as their beautiful beaches are only 10 minutes away. Centrally located for many tourist attractions, this friendly mainly English speaking community is ideal for families, golfers, those seeking peace and quiet and others who prefer the Spanish nightlife.

BellaVista Hills is approximately 30 minutes from Malaga Airport via the motorway that takes you straight into Calahonda. Calahonda has 10 golf courses surrounding its urbanisation. Marbella with its exclusive shops and Orange Square is only 15 minutes away and a little further is the millionnaire's playground of Puerto Banus. Other places to visit are Ronda, Mijas, Grenada, Selwo Wildlife Park and the Waterpark in Fuengirola to mention a few. Shopping malls and a leisure complex are also only 15 minutes away. From April to October there are local fiestas.Markets days are held 7 days a week in and around the towns of Calahonda. Plus did we mention that the Costa Del Sol receives 320 days of wonderful sunshine all year round!

Having had a happy experience of letting a holiday home in North Devon we decided to repeat the experience, but this time somewhere where the sun shines 320 days per year! Our experience has shown us exactly what the guest requires right down to the finest detail and we have endeavoured to supply everything you will possibly need - so don't bother to bring salt & pepper or washing up liquid!

RATES, PAYMENT & BOOKING

Why not book from midweek to midweek and take advantage of the cheap flights. As an example we flew with Easyjet in December from Bristol to Malaga for £25 return including taxes. In March we paid £40 return including taxes. Keep your eyes open for when the cheap airlines put their flights on sale you could save the cost of renting our apartment

PAYMENT

Payment can be paid in either stirling or euros (in fact we would prefer euros). Payment can be either by cheque or directly into our Spanish bank account.

An additional £100/150 euros will be required as a 'damage deposit' this will be returned to you in full on your return providing no damage has been done.

Bed linen and towels are provided - please use your own beach towels.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to and after your arrival. A mid -stay clean and change of linen can be arranged for a small charge.

To secure your booking we will require 50% deposit and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made with less than a 4 weeks notice mush be paid in full
